We want to provide the best experience for all our clients and the following policies are in place to help us do that. š¤A NON REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE IS REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT. Booking fee amounts vary depending on appointment type. This amount will be deducted from the total balance owing at your appointment. š¤Consultations are included when booking your initial permanent makeup procedure, on the same day, right before we apply your PMU. They are also available separately both virtually and in person. If you are unsure, please contact us to discuss a consultation. š¤Detailed instructions regarding how to prepare for your appointment and how to care for your treated area will be sent directly to the email address you provide as soon as you complete booking online. This information will help you to get the best possible results so please make sure you read it in full as this email has all the information needed for your appointment. We reserve the right to cancel any appointment if pre-care instructions are not followed. Be sure to read over and return your signed papers ASAP after booking. š¤If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior approval, we may need to reschedule your appointment. Additional fees may apply to corrective work, so please send us a photo or book a consultation before booking online. š¤If you are having any permanent makeup procedure done for the first time please keep in mind two appointments are needed to achieve optimal results. These appointments take place approximately 6-12 weeks apart, and this is NOT included in the initial appointment price. There is an additional fee for all future appointments with Brow Elegance NY. š¤There is an additional cost for touchups after 12 weeks, so please make sure to book your fine tuning within the 6-12 week window. After this series of two appointments, touchups are recommended approximately once every 12-18 months to maintain your permanent makeup. š¤Please note: Any touch-ups after 3 years are a full-price initial appointment, and may require an additional fine tuning at 6-12 weeks.
