Permanent makeup clients: 🤍Touch-up appointments are only available to current clients. Not a current client or have previous work? You will need to book an initial appointment as you are considered a new client to Brow Elegance NY. Additional fees may apply to corrective work, so please send us a photo or book a consultation before booking online. 🤍If you are having any permanent makeup procedure done for the first time please keep in mind two appointments are needed to achieve optimal results. These appointments take place approximately 6-12 weeks apart, and this is NOT included in the initial appointment price. There is an additional fee for all future appointments with Brow Elegance NY. 🤍 Fine tuning appointments must be done prior to 12 weeks, so please make sure to book your fine tuning within the 6-12 week window. After this series of two appointments, touchups are recommended approximately once every 12-18 months to maintain your permanent makeup. 🤍Please note: Any touch-ups after 3 years are full-price, and may require an additional fine tuning at 6-12 weeks. CANCELLATION POLICY
Brow Elegance/Simply Be booking policy Our Booking Policies Your time is valuable, and so is ours. These policies help us provide every client with the exceptional experience they deserve. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. 🤍 Booking Fee A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your appointment. The amount varies depending on the service booked and will be applied toward your total balance on the day of your appointment. 🤍 Pre-Care & Aftercare Detailed pre-care and aftercare instructions will be sent to you after booking. Please read them carefully, as they contain everything you need to prepare for your appointment and achieve the best possible results. 🤍 All required consent forms must be completed and submitted as soon as possible after booking. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments if forms and waivers are not signed or pre-care instructions are not followed. 🤍 Arrival Time Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior approval may need to be rescheduled to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments. If so, it will hold to the same policy as a last-minute cancellation. 🤍 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We kindly require at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule your appointment. • Booking fees are transferable to a new appointment when at least 48 hours’ notice is provided. • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s). • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). • CryoSkin Intro Special appointments will be charged the full $99 for cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice or for no-shows. If you need to reschedule, please use the rescheduling link located at the bottom of your booking confirmation email before the 48-hour deadline. 🤍 Refund Policy All payments, booking fees, and services are non-refundable.
